Of course we respect prescriptions from your trusted doctors and optometrists, but we always encourage you perform additional examinations and, if you have any doubts or choose special lenses such as progressive lenses, we even recommend them.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR A SIGHT TEST?
No particularly demanding, time-consuming preparations are necessary before the sight test, but it is worth bearing in mind the following points:
Bring your previous glasses or the result of your last eye test.
If you wear contact lenses, it is advisable to remove them at least 45 minutes before the test.

EYE TEST PROCEDURE
Based on an initial interview, we find out about your needs and symptoms and collect initial documentation. The starting base is the last prescription or glasses.
The computerised examination provides an indication of the type of defect we can expect. However, it is only after full in-office correction using an ophthalmic cassette and phoropter, applying appropriate tests, that the specialist makes an accurate diagnosis.
Optometric eye measurement aims to determine monocular and binaural correction, with the aim of achieving the best and most comfortable vision. We take an individual approach to each patient, so the eye test takes approx. 20-40 min. The test is performed for adults and young people over 18 years of age.
How does the test look like?
1. Patient interview.
2. Preliminary computerised examination (autorefractometer).
3. Assessment of visual acuity.
4. Measurement of vision defect (nearsightedness, farsightedness, astigmatism and old-sightedness).
5. Examination of binocular vision.
6. Suggesting an appropriate type of correction.
Alongside a special free offer (0 PLN) for an eye test, you will receive a full optometric opinion, including a prescription, if you decide to purchase glasses. In case you choose not to proceed with a purchase, we will provide you with information about the test results, and the optometric opinion with a prescription will be available for a fee of 150 PLN.
